Directors serve a three-year term and maybe reelected. Directors maybe elected from member divisions of water well, water quality, or geothermal. Officer terms are for two years and may only be licensed waterwell contractors.

Brian is an environmental consultant for URS Corporation. Branch office located in Chicago. He has been involved within the groundwater industry for over 15 years. Brian is also a member of the National Drilling Association and the National Ground Water Association.

Todd is with Water Well Solutions at the branch office in Coal City, IL. Growing up in the water well industry, Todd has witnessed many changes to the industry and driven by market, legislation and technology. He considers it a privilege to serve the industry and his fellow groundwater professionals.

 Secretary/Treasurer – Shane Balding Shane is President of S & J Well Drilling located in Decatur, IL. The company concentrates in water well drilling and remediation, complete well system service, water well abandonment and residential geothermal loop installation. Shane’s family has been involved in the water well industry for over 55 years. He is also a member of the National Ground Water Association.
